ACM SIGMOD Digital Symposium Collection, DiSC, is a collection of periodicals in the areas of databases and information management. This eleventh issue of DiSC, DiSC '09/'10 includes many articles published through conferences, symposiums, workshops, and journals. It also includes videos of the SIGMOD/PODS 2008 and 2009 keynotes. All included forums are from 2008 and 2009. These materials are published by the ACM, IEEE, the Sociedade Brasileira de Computaç˜o, the Australian Computer Society, and the VLDB Endowment. Recently Springer-Verlag and the IEEE both decided to withdraw permission for material that had appeared in past volumes of DiSC, including ICDE, TKDE, DASFAA, and ER. It is unfortunate and it appears unlikely that I will be able to obtain permission in future. However, if you are a conference chair or journal editor-in-chief who would like to include material in DiSC and are willing to work with the IEEE and Springer-Verlag (or other copyright holders) to obtain permission, I would be happy to assist in your efforts. There are also two ACM that were scheduled to appear in this volume of DiSC, but will appear in the next volume. First, at the last minute we had to remove the proceedings of IDAR '09 and WebDB '09 due to a lack of permission. I plan to obtain permission and include these proceedings in the next volume of DiSC. Second, two keynote talks are missing due to corrupt video files. It is unlikely that I will be able to recover the files. I hope you enjoy this volume of DiSC!
