Speakers Informations
The conference rooms will be all equipped with a video projector
connected to a PC running Windows/XP. Note that there will be no
overhead projector.
Speakers are invited to meet with their session chair 30mn before the
session starts in their conference room in order to upload their
presentations to the PC from a USB key or a CD. Presentations should be
in PowerPoint or PDF. Alternatively, speakers can use their own laptop
in which case they should check beforehand for the connexion with the
video projector
