Transportation to Conference Venue and Hotels

Arriving at the airport

Beijing's main airport is the Beijing Capital International Airport which is located in the northeast of Beijing city. At the airport metered taxis and Airport-City Shuttle Buses are available to the conference venue and conference hotels Beijing International Conference Center (journey time: 40 minutes).

If you take a bus, you should take the one from Airport to Zhongguancun and tell the bus driver to stop at Asian Games Village. After you get off, you can see Beijing International Conference Center and Conference Hotels and walk to the center in 5 minutes. The first bus departs at 8:30 and the last bus departs at 21:30. The fees charged from Beijing Capital International Airport to the center are about 15 RMB by bus and 85 RMB by taxi.

Arriving at the railway stations

Beijing has two major railway stations: Beijing Railway Station and Beijing West Railway Station.

From Beijing Railway Station to the Beijing International Convention Center and Conference Hotels: You can take the subway to AnDingMen, then transfer the No. 358 Bus to Asian Games Village.

From Beijing West Railway Station to the Beijing International Convention Center and Conference Hotels: You can directly take the No. 387 Bus, and get off at Asian Games Village stop.

Taxis are available in both railway stations.
